A rough work week

But a nice weekend to make up for it
I had a wonderful dinner for Ricks mother at Pablo s last night! Their carnitas are to die for! They were crisp on the outside and moist and tender on the inside, maybe a little more spice could have been used, but very very good.
It was a fun evening catching up with family !
I am making cookies today and taking down my Christmas things so a busy day planned!
Another week of work but getting closer to my working vacation in Brazil.. Can't wait!
